การส่งเสริมสุขภาพเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนด้วยแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ (Experiential Activities Planner : EAP) เพื่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ดี ( HEALTH PROMOTION IN PRESCHOOL AGE ON EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES PLANNER (EAP) TO GOOD HEALTH BEHAVIOR )
Abstract
การส่งเสริมสุขภาพเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนด้วยแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ (Experiential Activities Planner : EAP) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแผน EAP เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการล้างมือที่ถูกต้อง การแปรงฟันป้องกันฟันผุและการเลือกรับประทานอาหารเพื่อแก้ปัญหาโภชนาการของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลและศูนย์พัฒนาเด็ก (ศพด.) ในและนอกเขตเทศบาลใน 3 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ คือ 1. หน่วยมือน้อยมหัศจรรย์ 2. หน่วยฟันแสนสวย และ 3. หน่วยหนูน้อยน่ารัก และประเมินผลการเรียนรู้จากผลงานและการเรียนรู้ที่แสดงออกของเด็ก 5 ด้าน คือ การเคลื่อนไหวร่างกาย/การตอบคำถาม/การปฏิบัติงานศิลปะ/การปฏิบัติตามคำสั่ง/การปฏิบัติร่วมกับผู้อื่น และมีเกณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ยของคุณภาพผลงานเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ ดี (คะแนนระหว่าง 2.5-3.0) ปานกลาง (คะแนนระหว่าง 1.5-2.4) และควรปรับปรุง (คะแนนระหว่าง 0.1-1.4) และประเมินพฤติกรรมการล้างมือ/การแปรงฟัน/การเลือกรับประทานอาหารของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนก่อนและหลังการเรียนรู้ที่โรงเรียนโดยการทดสอบทางสถิติหาความแตกต่างของพฤติกรรมสุขภาพด้วย Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test และที่บ้านด้วย Paired t-test ผลการประเมินแผน EAP จากผลงานมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับคุณภาพของ 3 หน่วยการเรียนรู้เท่ากับ 2.37, 2.58, 2.53 ตามลำดับซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลางและดี ส่วนการประเมินการเรียนรู้ที่แสดงออกของเด็ก 5 ด้าน พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยของอยู่ระหว่าง 2.38-2.61, 2.35-2.76 และ 2.31-2.69 ซึ่งเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยของการเรียนรู้ในระดับดีและปานกลาง สำหรับพฤติกรรมการล้างมือและการเลือกรับประทานอาหารที่โรงเรียนก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแผน EAP มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ส่วนพฤติกรรมการล้างมือ การแปรงฟันสุขภาพและการเลือกรับประทานอาหารที่บ้านก่อนและหลังการการเรียนรู้พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่าหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ตามแผน EAP นี้เป็นหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนรู้ของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนที่สามารถเรียนรู้และเกิดองค์ความรู้และเด็กมีพฤติกรรมหรือปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมที่กำหนดให้ในหลักสูตรและทำให้เกิดพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ดีที่โรงเรียนและที่บ้านได้ อันจะส่งผลต่อการลดปัญหาสุขภาพได้ในระยะยาวต่อไป
Health promotion in preschool age on experiential activities planner (EAP) to good health behavior is action research to find how to promote health in preschool age child .The objective is to set learning process to promote good health behavior and decrease health problems in hand washing , brushing the teeth and diet eating to solve nutrition problem in preschool age child on EAP course. This learning process is three lessons 1. Hand , 2. Teeth and 3. Body shape. The target of preschool age children were in kindergarten and early childhood center in and out municipality area . This learning process in three lessons have assessment from works of their students and learning in 5 items (body movement /answer question /art work /act to command /participation to other). The scale of assessment is mean of quality of works of their students and learning in three level , good (point 2.5-3.0), moderate (point 1.5-2.4) and adjust (point 0.1-1.4). Health behavior in hand washing, brushing the teeth and diet eating before and after learning process at school were tested by Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and tested at home by Paired t-test. The result of assessment of learning process, mean of works of each lesson (Body shape, Hand, Teeth) were 2.37, 2.58, 2.53 which were in moderate and good level. Mean of learning in 5 items were 2.38-2.61, 2.35-2.76 and 2.31-2.69 which were in good and moderate level too. The evaluation of health behavior at school before and after learning are different respectively in behavior of diet eating and hand washing (p<0.05). Health behavior at home are different respectively in behavior of hand washing , brushing the teeth and diet eating (p<0.05). Therefore this learning process on EAP course in three lessons is suitable for preschool age child to learn and have good health behavior.
